I expected better, I love kolaches, but these are just small sausages with way too much bread and it's filled with air. they have no cheese either so I don't know what happened. Also the packaging was poor for my donuts, all the icing got stuck to the bag and ruined my maple donut.

I used to love shipleys being delivered when it was th store on mckinney ranch. Ever since the store on Custer opened and it was the closest store and defaults delivery from it we have always gotten stale and hard donuts. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this store. I highly recommend choosing a different location.

Biggest thing is multiple times ordering chocolate donut Chocolate Glazed Do-Nut Holes and getting regular ones. I had a reorder and got the same exact error. I called the store asking if they had them in stock and they said yes.
The kolaches are always overcooked and gross. This is probably the worst Shipley donuts

I ordered a Half-Dozen Classic Glazed Do-Nuts but got the mixed half- dozen instead. And i didn't even get my extra donut I also ordered at all.
The donuts were stale and soggy, the kolache is way too big and poorly made. Avoid.
