Does not taste fresh. The donut holes and kolache are so dry. The kolache feels stale. The donut holes aren't even sweet they are just so dry and crunchy.

Was hoping my donuts were going to come from the store on ella or even the one on Antoine. It's disappointing to spend $44 on stale cold donuts. It's only this location that doesn't seem to care

The gave me two donuts instead of the two bags of donut holes I order which cost twice as much as the donuts. If they were out, it would have been nice if they notified me before they made the substitution.

I usually LOVE Shipley's but this time I was a lil sad. The donuts were not warm and I don't if its just my bunch but their portions were smaller.

donuts seemed like they were from yesterday. it's 7:40 am, Shipley's is 2 miles away, and not a single fresh donut.
