I order very early for coworkers or if I have morning events, so I dont always expect everything to be fresh and to be made within the hour of Shipley being open, especially with the variety I order. Its always a hit or miss, but this time around, all items were extremely old and stale. Even the Sausage & Cheese Kolache seemed old. The Classic Glazed looked fresh, and they usually are. The Cherry Iced with Sprinkles Cake was the worst one. Tough, dry, and greasy, with no sprinkles, and an oily aftertaste.

usually, Shipley is bland and we get it just for the cheese in the kolaches. today, they were fantastic and the donuts were still warm. step up from the usual.

The Kolaches were under cooked and raw. They were out of all cake type donuts, and they didn't mix up the hot chocolates. :/ The lady who delivered my food was very sweet however. Probably will pick a different store next time...

The jelly donut are half the size of nomal donuts. Not happy. They raised their price and reuducetsize of their donuts
