I ordered 2 plain sausage kolaches. I received the kolaches with cheese. I tried to reach the Shipley's just to let them know that my order was incorrect. I tried the phone number several times and kept getting a message of being unavailable. This is not the first time this has happened. And the donuts and kolaches were not fresh. I placed the order at 6:30am.😔

The donuts I received were awful. I think they were yesterday donuts or even longer. It was very gross. $$$$ also freshness wasn't there

Shipleys must be cooking their donuts in cooking oil. very bad taste. Also much to expensive.

The order wasn't even close to correct. only two of the donuts I selected were in the box, the rest were just typical glazed. waste of money
