• DoorDash orderWe usually love shipley, with that said the donuts were dried out and not anywhere near what I ordered. The Bullseye Chocolate didn't have the donut hole on it .. I felt like we got days old donuts and some were squished too.

• DoorDash orderraspberry filled had 1/4c raspberries, WAY too much. "Chocolate glazed"had chocolate. frosting, maple "glaze" was thick frosting too. Apple fritters nice. They could not fill my old-fashioned cinnamon roll order, probably would have been good. Not likely to order from here again, sorry

• DoorDash order The donuts are great tasting as always, but they arrived freezing cold, and our donut holes we ordered for the kids only had about 8-9 donut holes, which also arrived freezing cold. Not just like normal sat out room temp cold but like they just got pulled out of a fridge cold. The driver only took 5 minutes to get from shipleys to our house so I'm not sure why our food was freezing. Normally we would drive to shipleys ourselves and get our donuts as we live 5 minutes away but with all of us sick we decided to doordash them, won't be making that mistake again.

• DoorDash orderThe Kolache was cold and tough and in the box I did get the chocolate iced donuts and the chocolate coconut donut but no crunchy or old fashioned cinnamon roll Old Fashioned Roll.
