I would've appreciated napkins, but the food was great! They never disappoint

The sausage and cheese kolache has jalepeno in it, burned my child's mouth. The specialty donut holes are just glazed but charged the higher price, the Bavarian filled was exchanged for a strawberry filled? No glazed donuts

They have the smallest kolaches I've ever seen from Shipleys. They were still super good, just tiny.

They gave us the wrong donuts we asked for blueberry glazed cake and we did not get that. They were gross and tasted like oil and!! We ordered two Bottled Sodas paying 4 dollars for each!! And only received 1 of the two! All our donuts tasted old and not good.

Jack-n-Jill Donuts has WAY better Sausage & Cheese Kolaches than Shipley does. I was NOT happy with my kolaaches from Shipley at all. very disappointed.
