• 8/24/24Got the chocolate soft serve and cherry Italian ice. Chocolate was fine, but the cherry ice was sublime. tasted like real cherry juice and not cough syrup. it was perfectly firm but not the solid freeze which is hard to do with Italian ice and get it right, but this place did. Topping cup was filled to the top so I got what I paid for.

• 1/19/24decided to try it based on reviews. was not disappointed!! really really creamy ice cream and the flavors were so yummy. toppings were great, too, and you get a decent amount. totally delish!

• 1/21/23We loved our Shivers Frozen Custard and Gelato! We got vanila custard and, what I thought was, Caramel gelato. The gelato tasted more like chocolate so I was a tad disappointed but in the family pack, we got enough to last us a few nights, myself and 2 kids. And lots of toppings!! I actually used the toppings for other things as well.
