Chicken dish was great. Loved the green beans!! Ordering again tonight.

Chicken is always way undercooked. Inconsistent in quality on the same dishes as I've given them a few tries. a 'tossed chopped salad' should actually be ... tossed and chopped. Heck, even either one of those things. Maybe just change the menu to just say 'salad'. It's disappointing that a local non-chain can't do better. Especially with the prices they are charging.

ordered the fish and chips. food itself tasted fine and was prepared well but for $18 I expect significantly more than a single piece of fish and barely a pittance of fries. Not worth the money.

Something changed within the last 3-4 weeks and now our favorite, go to sandwich is gone. The last 3 times we ordered, we now get prime rib pieces that kind of look like they've scraped the pan to get, thrown on the fryer w peppers and sauted until the crunchy black pieces of scrapings are then put on the roll. It's not appetizing in appearance, and honestly idk anyone who expects or wants their prime rib black n crunchy. It's burnt scrapings of prime rib. Idk. It changed. No I won't try again. This was my third time getting the same burnt scrapings that do not resemble any prime rib and it isn't cheap by any means. So not wanting to spend 16-17.00 for that. Sad. This sandwich use to be the most amazing!
Environment inside is always clean, and the DoorDash is always well packed n stapled. 4 stars cause onion straws were great, pretzel although not special, was fine.
Please bring back the prime rib sandwich!

Grilled cheese was burnt up to the point where it was black. Slaw was spoiled where you could not even eat it after opening the lid. Also sent no dipping sauce for my wings when I picked ranch.
