I made it a large for extra 9 dollars and when i say it was well worth it im mean it . I feed me plus 2 kids and we had more than enough with more left over . It was amazing . We have gone to this restaurant plenty of times and we absolutely love this place . The Quality and quantity of the food is always great . And very inexpensive for me at least. Thanks for keeping it that way

This place does Chicken very well! We tried the Chicken Fried Rice and the actual chicken tasted char-grilled which was a pleasant surprise. General Tao's Chicken + Teriyaki Chicken platter was also very good, star of the show being the Teriyaki Chicken (but make it spicy!). Egg Roll (3 Pcs) were a little greasy but I loved that they actually give you the sweet and sour sauce packets for them, kind of rare in Seattle for some reason.

Spicy Chicken Terriyaki + Gyoza is amazing!
The best item by far is the STIR FRIED RICE. GET THIS. ASK FOR NO SALAD, sometimes they will give you more fried rice, it is THE BEST Fried Rice I have ever had.
I've tried to re-create it at home, and I can't nail the flavor like Shodai can :)

The shrimp was poorly prepared and cooked. The teriyaki shrimp wasn't deveined or shelled. It was very difficult to take the shell off and felt like it wasn't edible. The fried shrimp was dry, flavorless, and boring. Overall disappointed and paid too much for lack of quality.

Don't get large for 9 dollars extra. it's hardly bigger than the regular. if at all. Tastes good either way though. I've eaten about half.
