It seems like they may use liquid smoke..it's like..I get it..you smoke the meat. Easy now. But the pork chop was tender and a big chunk of meat. Everything else was great.

The Remington: overcooked and no flavor
Ribs: ok but not fall off the bone and definitely not worth the $24 price tag!

Mac and cheese was ice cold and flavorless. Hoagie wasn't great either but was bearable. The bbq pork fries was the worst part.

The aranchini, sweet potato fries, and reuben were very good. It would be nice for mustard to be a sauce option on the Reuben and pastrami. The brisket was underwhelming and could use more seasoning.

the magnum bison burger is amazing!!! best bacon jam ever!!
