My son and daughter in-law took me to eat at Shorties, and after an excellent meal of catfish, I ordered breakfast this morning. It was all perfect, eggs, bacon, biscuit and fried apples. Large portions and an easy to open container. Though they are very close to me, i don't drive anymore. Will be ordering from them again. Hot chocolate good too.

The meal was great! But I thought I would be getting more than 2 pieces of SIDE BACON for $5.

Greasy potatoes. Toasted biscuit harder than a rock. Nothing was edible.

The grits were not fully cooked and were hard. The grits lacked flavor. The steak was chewy and also bland. The eggs lacked any seasoning and tasted very strongly of vinegar.

All of it lacked in flavor. Even loads of pepper and salt I added didn't help. Grits weren't fully cooked and were crunchy and gritty and not smooth like grits are supposed to be. No butter for bread.
