I've been to Sicilian oven lots of times and loved it. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the takeout girl was exceptionally rude and unhelpful.
When DoorDash said your order was ready. I headed over to the restaurant to pick it up. This server actually rolled her eyes at me (after I waited more than two minutes to interrupt her chitchat with coworkers about the weekend) to ask for help. My order was marked as ready, but I had to wait 28 minutes extra in the store because it was apparently forgotten, and whoever was in charge of takeout couldn't be bothered to see why the bag with my name on it was sitting there for so long.
I was shocked at her rudeness and pretty unhappy for having to wait for so long for my order that should have been ready.
The food was, as always, delicious.
