Hi, I placed an order through DoorDash from the Siempre Natural location on Shary Road. I ordered the grape salad sandwich and added a chicken soup, which I paid extra for.
When my delivery driver arrived at the store, the employee told her that I did not select the soup, even though I clearly added it and paid extra. Instead of resolving the issue, the employee kept insisting that I didn’t order it.
Also, I never selected any type of chips with my order. However, the employee kept asking the DoorDash driver what kind of chips to get, even though chips were not part of my order at all. This caused unnecessary confusion and delay.
I’m very disappointed with how this was handled, especially with the rude behavior toward the driver. I would appreciate it if this situation could be reviewed and resolved.

The chicken in the chicken grape salad and chipotle chicken can sometimes taste old and have a very off flavor .

I love The Soup & Sandwich Combo with grape chicken salad and zucchini soup. Its always good! I tried the Cream of Poblano Pepper and I did not like it....

The club sandwich combo was missing the chips I had ordered and I asked for no tomato and they still added tomato in the order. And it's not the first time it has happened
