my wife has been telling me about silk road restaurant Pad Thai and Lo Mein for several years and today we had the opportunity to order from them. they did an amazing job, the sauce had great flavor and just the right amount of heat to keep you coming back for more. we ordered the medium spice level. the way the noodles and vegetables were prepared was excellent. the vegetables were soft but still had a crisp snap to them. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone. also the mocha milk tea Boba was delicious, it has a coffee flavor to it that wasn't over powering and it had a sweetness to it.

Beautiful. This is one of our favorite spots. So consistent, just flavorful enough. Their pho always hits and is packaged wonderfully every time- stays hot and fresh! The portion sizes are also hugeeee. We love this place<3

Some of the best Pho (Rice Noodle Soup) I have had in NWA! The portions are HUGE other than protein (shrimp is what I had) and you get everything separately! The veggies were fresh and the broth was perfect! Definitely will be ordering from here again!

Food is always packaged with care. Always fresh and hot and I do like how they keep the noodles separate so they don't over cook in the broth. The crab Rangoons are always crispy on the outside and the filling is so good, they always package it nicely so it doesn't get smushed

The hot and sour soup was the worst i have had in 25+ years. It just wasnt right. So bad i threw it away...too sweet and wierd. the mild lo mein ordered for another person wasnt mild....it was bland. unusually poor food from what used to be a good restuarant. The pho was ok but i can make it better myself and im not asian. The dumplings were less than average...sauce was not as flavourful as other places. Not worth the price...probably 10 other places that would have outperfomed this place. What a shame.
