These were SO neat to try for the first time with my family! I had heard about these Vietnamese silky gem candies on Instagram so of course I had to order a few different things. The texture is insane! Crunchy on the outside, almost like you're eating edible sugar glass and a jelly like center. My favorite was the The Jewel Key Lime Crystal Candy (2 oz) and the Passion Fruit, Kiwi, & Watermelon Crystal Candy (3 oz) which this one has a completely different texture too. Fun stuff!

high expectations because of how viral these went, and maybe we picked the wrong flavors, or it was a bad batch. The texture was fun for a second, but they weren't very sweet or flavorful really at all. It's very subtle.
