The blaze ramen with mild broth is the perfect amount of spice. The tuna crispy rice is the best I've ever had and I crave it daily. Only critique is I wish the ramen had a little more pork but this place is truly a gem!

the Shoyu on Fire ramen was sooo good! the medium is plenty spicy. I love that they send the broth separately so you can heat it up and pour it over your bowl, it ensured my meal was fresh. this is going to be my go-to ramen place from now on. I could have split the bowl into two meals but ate the whole thing cuz it was so good.

I ordered the Spicy Chicken Bun, Regular Chicken Karaage Bowl, and Garlic Truffle. When the food arrived everything was nice and hot! The Spicy Chicken Bun was my absolute favorite. The chicken was still nice and crispy, bun was soft, packed with flavor. The Garlic Truffle broth was thick and flavorful with a pretty decent portion size. Will be returning to try other flavor buns and ramen! 10/10

The broth is so good! I like the flavor, it's mild in saltiness and I appreciate the care put into the broth. The ramen is a good texture also. I've got to admit, best ramen I've had so far. I had the Classic.

Second time ordering this and it was completely different from the first time which was amazing. The portions were way smaller. Noodles were all cold and sticky. Chicken had parts that were undercooked and just wasn't what I hoped for
