• 7/24/26Literally the best ramen ever. Great portion size. The sauce that comes with gyoza is really good. The spicy edamame is also a usual fave. With a lil ginger ale... chefs kiss.

• 9/16/25Yumyumyuyum my fave ramen spot since I landed on Irvine, worth the price, fills fully, tastes amazing. Noodles are really good and broth has top notch flavor, and the spice is right on point.

• 10/14/25Got the blaze pork medium + pork bun. Ramen was really good, but had a very mild spice. Would order again at a higher spice level. Pork bun was pretty good. Spicy Garlic Edamame was pretty good too, but was kinda small for the price point. I'd order from here again, but try out other apps.

• 1/2/25I usually order from Hiro Nori, but they were closed so I gave silverlake ramen a try and I'm glad I did. Very comparable, really great broths and ingredients and fun to have a spicy version like blaze.
