Everything was perfect! The ramen was hot and fresh, my Chicken Karaage Bowl was so flavorful I loved the sauces and the pickled onions are delicious. The pork buns were pretty good too. 2 pc Churros are always a nice little treat. I order or go here often and def think it's worth it they get my order right every time!

This was my time getting the chicken and let me say it is absolutely delicious and the sauce that it comes with is so amazing! It's not too much and it's not too much and not too little. It's just the right portion.

the Blaze , creamy and spicy goodness on various levels!! I chose mine mild and it was delicious minus my mouth being too on fire!!! Grilled Gyoza 6 pcs &California Roll were also prepared just right complimenting my Ramen, the perfect sides!!! lastly Spicy Tuna Bowl was very filling and put together in its bowl.

We lived that Silverlake Ramen offers a chicken stock base broth. The soup was flavorful, delicious and collagen filled! It was quite gelatinous after refrigerating. The noodles and toppings ar le delivered in separate containers than the soup base to prevent the fresh noodles from overcooking which is nice. We both agreed we would order the Shoyu on Fire and Crispy Rice w Spicy Tuna again!

Silverlake is consistent ! Overall it's very good. The Garlic Truffle broth is super flavorful! I added chili paste because ilove a kick. The portions are big compared to other delivery places. Something about the pork isnt my favorite. Noodles are chewy and delicious!
