That was easily the best ramen i've had. It's amazing how it can be so good even when delivered. The pork was absolutely outstanding and the broth was marvelous. I had gotten the karagae chicken and it was so crispy and delightful. I honestly thought it was gonna be soggy and distasteful but instead a wonderful experience. Thankyou silver lake ramen for being amazing.

I love that they separated the broth and the ingredients. The Blaze is equally creamy and spicy, its a perfect balance. I always order the California Roll and it never disappoints. Its so much food, and it will surely fill me up

My son turned me on to this place .. and I always get at least one Spicy Chicken Bun and it always fill me up .. I can't take the spicy sauce, so I just have them add the teriyaki sauce instead and it comes out perfect every time!!! :) The bun makes it extra special :)

The best spot for ramen! Shoyu on Fire is the absolute best. We also love the dumplings. So good! It's our go to spot.

Shrimp Tempura Cut Roll was fishy and didnt taste rite. Didnt really see shrimp. Our broths for the ramen were not labeled. My Crispy Rice w Spicy Tuna was a mess & there were no utensils
