• 10/28/22I am so happy that they opened a restaurant in the west valley. I love their broth which is buttery and flavorful. The crispy rice tuna appetizer is delicious too which was unexpected. Just great comfort food all year round.

• 10/27/25Love their bowls, it's filling and it's reasonably priced. The food is consistently good. I like the pork bowls and chicken karaage.I go here almost every week. Fast service and friendly staff! Their location is also clean.

• 9/27/25High quality ramen and everything is absolutely delicious. The portion is nice and big and all of the ingredients tasted fresh and high quality. I got the shoyu ramen (added chicken) because I prefer a lighter base but my friend got the classic creamy one and I liked it too. I would definitely order it again.

• 11/1/25the Blaze ramen was good but the fish in the Spicy Tuna Bowl was gross and expired looking. the Crispy Rice w Spicy Tuna was literally only two sad little squares for $8.25. I could get a full sushi roll of that at Katsuya a few blocks away. would not recommend ordering anything other then ramen.
