Excellent Mexican food! Loaded with lots of meat and sooooo good! I recently had dinner at another well known, sit down Mexican restaurant in Sioux Falls and Simon's Tacos outshines them in every way!!!! My favorite is the wet burrito. Stuffed full of deliciousness!!

The birria burrito was bigger then expected but i totally loved the amount of meat inside of it , i loved the green sauce and red sauce was amazing . the chicken nuggets were good , fries fresh and thick .Going to be my fav , definitely getting another .Birria Burrito

The Birria Burrito is absolutely outstanding. The salsas and lime wedge are the perfect complement. One of the better burritos I have eaten (and I'm a reasonably frequent burrito eat-o). Thank you, Simon's, you are a treasure. :)

The tacos are so good and full of meat and cheese! Lots of beans and rice as well! The only down side is the queso is so small for $5. I added a comparison photo to look at the size of the queso. The queso is delicious, the size is just small.

I didn't get what I ordered.
I ordered a chicharron gordita, and a torta al pastor. The chicharron in the gordita is good - the meat was simmered in a mild sauce and had a good flavor. It was just the right proportion of meat to bread. They sent a CHICHARRON torta, instead of al pastor. It had way too much sauce on it (they could have drained the meat better) and was soggy by the time I got it. It was quite overwhelming between the soggy bread and the squishy chicharron. I ended up tossing half of it. I wish I'd been able to taste the al pastor!
