The 1/4 Pound Cheese Burger was a good size, well made, and definitely has that char-grilled taste, which I absolutely love. I had the fries and mac for sides. I will certainly order again.

The burger & potato salad were good... the shrimp were not edible (normally they are my favorite) but the pasta was good... the bowls of gumbo were a little over half full... and the fish has been shrinking the last few times... I love Simply Soul & pray that it is around and prosperous for years to come... just wanted to give you an honest account of my experience... ty

The homemade mac and cheese is to die for! The gumbo is a building heat and very flavorful and the greens are delicious!

The roux for the gumbo is perfect! The Bayou Burger was amazing. Everything was good. I will be ordering from here again.
