• 1/9/25Twice they've replaced things in my order without notifying me and both times with items cheaper than the ones I paid for. If you're out of stock of something you need to tell your customers and refund. If I pay for a pistachio scroll do not replace with a fruit one.

• 12/22/25The scrolls themselves were inedible due to staleness - almost rock solid - extremely upsetting given the cost of one scroll.
The size, icing, and presentation was amazing though - made it worse to have a stale inedible scroll underneath it all.

• 11/5/24Cinnamon rolls were stale and really dry, considering my order was in the morning this was disappointing. Drink was not sealed correctly and spilled during transit.
