Hands down THE best Fried rice I've had in Colorado! And the plantains are the best I've ever had period, that syrupy sauce!! Loved the Shrimp Tempura Banh Mi too!! So much flavor, this is my new spot!!

Best beef sandwich. Ramen was great and had the most perfectly poached egg in CO.  They also make great Vietnamese coffee with the amazing coffee jelly pairing. The taro milk tea is also amazing. Just wish they could offer brown sugar boba on the menu. I'm very sad that they close on Sundays as we were excited to come back to back on the weekend.

Miso ramen was incredible. 
New favorite ramen spot, delivered super fast, still hot, and extremely flavorful. Great portion size and we will absolutely be ordering again very soon! Highly recommend!

Was pretty impressed with the taste of my Shoyu Ramen, but kinda lacked in poration size. I also wish the eggs werent made the way they are Soy Sauce marinade eggs would have been a better choice and I wish the bokchoy was bigger. my Pineapple Cheese Wonton (6) where good but lacked flavor. The Speciality Drink Series I got was the coconut ube cream and it was very delightful!

I was sad to see the previous restaurant leave the space but curious to try Sip and Slurp with some menu overlap. I loved the Chicken Karaage Bowl (GF) (sauce was tasty, chicken crispy, and overall balanced), my ube Milk Tea Series was exactly as ordered, and there are a lot of other menu items I want to try. plentea was one of the first boba places in the area, so I hope we can keep a Vietnamese/fusion snack shop around
