Spring Rolls (3pcs) are large and generously filled with fresh veg and tasty pork. Wish the chili sauce was in the same container size as the peanut sauce cause you can't dip in a 1 oz cup. Small annoyance though, this place is always delicious. Pandan Coconut Latte was perfectly balanced, not too sweet or bitter.
Try the desserts for sure!!

Best Banh Mi Sandwich Pork Belly and Spring Rolls (3pcs) with shrimp and avocado in Sparks. Not to mention delecious desserts and drinks. Sour Sour Raspberry tastes just like a Sour Patch kid mixed with gummy worms candy. My wife and I really enjoy this and hope others can, too! 😊

Everything here is delicious and fresh. They package everything very thoughtfully. They have the best spring rolls in this area. Ive tried some from other places and they dont include as much good stuff as SIP does. Great ban mi's, great pho. Its a lovely spot and the manager/owner is so sweet! Also like that they offer new seasonal items that you can enjoy a little something new every now and then.

Prices on doordash are WAY higher than website. Kind of expensive but flavor delivers so it'll be a once in a while treat. Kind of cheap and offputting to be so stingy with sauce of all things. Literally a half an ounce of sweet chili sauce for 5 Rocket Shrimp Egg Rolls (5 Pieces) (see pic of half full 1 ounce container), and 75 cents for an extra 1 ounce of peanut sauce which is very necessary and lucky I ordered because you only get 1 ounce included in the 3 large Spring Rolls (3pcs). The Pho broth was very tasty, some of the best. Eclairs were yummy and very fairly priced.

Everything they make is authentic and delicious. The bread in particular has a lovely crunch and warm inside, just as it should. Fresh ingredients, good service, the whole deal.
So why not 5 stars? Frankly not worth the cost. If the portions (esp protein) were just 33-50% more this would be the perfect vietnamese joint in Reno.
By comparison, Capriotti's (an equivalent high-end sandwich shop) will offer equal quality and almost double portions compared to Sip for the same price. Different style, but proof you dont need to pay $25-30 for a quality experience.
