THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! I DONT REMEMBER SIZZLER EVER BEING SO GOOD. THE POTATO WAS COOKED TO PERFECTION. THE CAKE IS TO DIE FOR. YUM!

I ordered a Steak & Jumbo Crispy Shrimp and paid for the up charge for a Ribeye but instead I received a New York strip. When I called the manager Ashley tells me," since it's through door dash there's nothing she can do about it." Very unprofessional and poor customer service!

Steak was undercooked. I wanted it medium-well, it was closer to medium rare. Restaurant should not use paper bags in the future. They were soaked through and two of my items, the soup, were packed badly, and one ended up spilling.

Order was correct and we got the food quicker than expected. Both steaks, however, tasted rather "gristly", so the cooks probably aren't cleaning the grill often enough tonight. One steak was closer to medium than medium well, but I guess better undercooked than over cooked.

was really looking forward to the Malibu Chicken but it was rubbery and over cooked... and the Banana Pudding had no. bananas or vanilla wafers and paying 8. 99 delivery and over 10 in fees so almost 20.00 in delivery and service fees for not a good dinner...
