Huge fresh real lobster chunks on the lobster roll. Hot melted butter was perfect to pour over the top. Old bay French fries. My husband got the truffle parm tots and he said they were great. Sooooo delicious!

It saddens me how Slapfish has plummeted downhill. I used to order a lobster roll at least every other week, and absolutely loved it. Several months ago I got a roll that was pathetically sparse on lobster. Next time I went to order I saw the price had gone up, and once again, a criminally small amount of lobster in my lobster roll. I decided I was done with Slapfish. Recently (April 2022), I decided I would give them another try. Not only had the lobster roll price gone up again ($43 now), but the bun was maybe half filled - nothing like it used to be. So half filled, even more expensive, and to top it off, apparently they're shorting on lemon mayo too, because it was all bland and flavorless, and not bothering to toast the outside of the bread at all. The texture of several pieces of lobster made me question whether they're padding the already insufficient lobster with imitation lobster (nasty and dry), but I can't be sure. It could have just been poorly cooked, considering the poor quality of everything else in the sandwich. Goodbye Slapfish. Never again.

Usually love this place and the food but the past couple of times have been off. The Clobster grilled cheese is a favorite and we always get one. Tonight the bread was barely grilled at all and there was almost no cheese! The crab and lobster was crumbling and falling out because there was nothing holding it together. It was so bizarre... and next to no French fries. If it's a problem, just charge for the order of fries rather than include them with the sandwich and then skimp. We've been coming here for years, I know how the food is supposed to be. Huntington Beach location is always good, I don't know what's happening with Brea.

If you have money to burn, go for it. The food tastes great and they use good ingredients, but its nowhere near as good as their price. Their food is nearly twice or triple the price of what it should be, and portions dont make up for it ;( still quite hungry

Amazing sandwich. Worth the price. I felt decadent eating this like I gotta save it for tomorrow but that I should enjoy the moment now and finish it. I'm going to buy this the next time I want to feel special
