I’m extremely disappointed with the food I received from Slice Factory. The cheese pizza was terrible. The cheese was very hard, like the pizza had been sitting out all day and then reheated before being served. It was dry, not fresh, and honestly had no good flavor at all. A cheese pizza should be one of the simplest things to get right, but this one tasted old and completely unappetizing.
The cheese fries were just as bad. They were dry and didn’t taste right at all. I’m not even sure what kind of cheese is being used because the flavor was very off and nothing like normal cheese fries should taste.
This order felt like old food that had been sitting around and then quickly reheated and sent out. That’s completely unacceptable when customers are paying full price expecting fresh food. I would like this issue addressed because the quality of the food I received was far below acceptable standards.
