This gonna be my new go-to spot! I needed some late night ramen and didn't expect it to be this good. The slurpin ramen and gyoza were fire!

Today I ordered the edamame and while yes it's on the simple side, the flavor and portion never ceases to amaze me. I love ordering from an establishment that provides fresh and flavorful food. It's makes me THAT much more receptive to spending my money and come back. Continue to bring flavor to these streets of Irvine. lol

We used to order from this place a lot but I'm sad it seems to have declined in quality. I understand prices in general have gone up but the food quality isn't up to par. Fatty chashu wasn't as flavorful as regular chashu and was just so small. TSUKEMEN was just reduced ramen broth. CHASHU SPECIAL was okay, didn't stand out in flavor or anything just oily and salty. Crunch chashu from the TOPPINGS wasn't worth the price, it was just small bits of oily leftover fried pork bits. Husband states he is full but he feels empty inside.

This is one of the best vegan ramen I had in years esp in cold winter days . Definitely recommend to try this out.

Didnt know that all the toppings are additional charges. Why do you have to pay for toppings as extra? All you get for $15 is broth, little ramen, two pieces of meat and few scallions. Nothing else. Crazy expensive for least satisfying ramen I've ever had.
