• 8/10/26Very flavourful and well balanced meal. Portions are perfect and very reasonable for the price. I highly recommend the smachno box, the soup was fantastic and the various types of perogies and sauces included made every bite unique. Pickles were also a very welcome surprise that I loved. Very impressed.

The food tastes really good, the Potato-cheddar perogies, Fried 10pcs are soft and simple while fresh and rich in flavor.
The Crepes Sweet Cream Cheese are very soft, heavenly on the tongue and are generally a nice treat to grab!

I ordered 2 Honey cakes 1 for me 1 for my partner. Very sweet, big portion as well.
The Borscht I wanted to try, been slowly getting into Beets, and the soup did not taste like what I expected. The Beet/earthy taste wasn't overpowering instead it was blended in perfectly with seasoning, and veggies for a delicious hearty meal. The sour cream, and bread on the side just added to that homestyle soup feel. Good for the heart, and even touched the soul, I would 100% get this again!
And then as for the Ukrainian Palianycia, that was also really good, it almost tasted like if someone took Newfoundland Toutons and made a sandwhich with it very good and again very delicious I enjoyed every bite.
My partner got the Smachno-box #2 I wasn't able to get any pictures of that, because she was enjoying it very much. She says she would get it again!
Great little spot, probably my new favourite place for food now going forward

• 11/21/25Absolutely amazing! The Pierogies Salted Cream Cheese & Greens (Ready to Eat) 7 Big Pieces (Fried) and Cabbage Flips were generous and super well-seasoned. I wasn't expecting the Crepes Potato & Mushroom to be so sweet but it really worked - next time I'll try the ones with sweet cream cheese. One of my new favourites spots in town!

• 6/29/26I’ve been coming here since you first opened, and it honestly makes me sad to see how much the quality has gone downhill.
The borscht and the kvass were delicious, no complaints there. But the varenyky were genuinely disappointing. They were extremely thin and had almost no filling inside. It felt like I was eating dough with barely any filling at all, also size are not the same as you can see on the photos.
If this is the standard now, I’d honestly rather see them removed from the menu than served like this, because they don’t reflect the quality this place used to have.
I really hope you bring back the quality you had in the beginning.
