They have great communication. When something I ordered was out of stock they called to let me know and gave me a free cookie in replace of it. They have the best cupcakes I have ever had!

I’m a huge cupcake person and try cupcakes everywhere I go, and honestly nothing has ever beaten Smallcakes for me. Their cupcakes are always incredibly fresh, moist, flavorful, and consistent every single time. The price point is also really great for the quality you get.
The wedding cake flavor is one of the best cupcakes I’ve ever had and I’ve never been able to find anything else like it anywhere. I’m so grateful I live close enough to have them delivered because I order from here at least 3 times a month. If you love cupcakes, this place is absolutely worth the hype.

All cubcakes fabulous. Fudge really good quality as with lemon and other ingredients.
Only problem was DoorDash delivery was not careful handling. Mushed a couple. See pic . That ruined the initial visual experience.
No storage instructions included so not sure if refrigeration is important. I'll call before ordering next time and give them instructions.

Sooo underwhelmed. Wedding Cake cupcake had very little icing- nothing like the picture. The cake part was dry and cakey- tasted stale. The Cookie sandwich with icing and sprinkles was pre-packaged and again, tasted hard and stale. I wont be ordering here again.
