The Build Your Own Smash Burger is burned at the top, it isn't a smash burger, it didn't have a good taste to it, and they gave a small amount of fries.

This was the sloppiest burger I ever got. The patty wasn't fresh it was a frozen one the put on the grill. It reminds of the cheap frozen patties, not the good ones either, you buy that from Grocery store. Very disappointed! The fries taste refried, hard not fresh. I would not order from here again! I thought it was a real smash burger like the place in Van Nuys on Sherman Way and Sepulveda. This is disgusting! Plus, I ordered a Regular Coke, they gave me a Diet Coke.

Disgusting. The smashburger wasn't even smashed and the meat felt like rubber. The cake wasn't chocolate.
