Lady at the front counter was super upfront and didn't beat around the bush and I appreciated that. Though the burger tasted good was not nearly worth 10 dollars. I will not be back for that reason. Nothing to do with staff or service. Simply I think it's much to expensive for portion sizes and what you get

It's our second day in a row ordering from here. The food is incredible! The chicken tenders are super fat and juice! We ordered the 5 SCORCHIN' HOT TENDERS but unfortunately received regular tenders. To our surprise, we loved the regular ones!!! I will always be ordering those. The burgers are so fresh and full of flavor! Absolutely 10/10!

Tried Smashburger before and I wasn't a big fan. However this time around I tried the new BIG SHRIMP ROLL and got a KIDS CHEESEBURGER meal for my kiddo, and it was fantastic! It is a bit on the pricey end for a fast food burger joint, however the kid's meal had enough fries for us to share. That, added with the $4 off $20 deal, it was worth it.

Very greasy burger and tots were so saturated in butter. The onion rings were not actual rings in the burger or onion. Whatever they're called. They were Skippy little pieces and the bacon was very tiny pieces and not well cooked.

DOUBLE BBQ BACON SMASH® was burnt. The patties, the cheese, everything! Cheese was so burnt that it was only black on the edges from where the cheese USED to be. LARGE SCORCHIN’ HOT FRIES were mediocre but the best part of the meal. The PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE SHAKE was basically just a vanilla shake. Even asked to add Oreos but they did not. We stopped ordering from here almost a year ago but decided to try again. Still poor. Rather get burgers from Wayback because they are sooooo much better. Lesson learned.
