The burger was perfect. The tots were also great since they weren’t as greasy or oily as the smash tots. The shake was heavenly and delightful.

I was disappointed in this order because in the past, they were better. For some reason, the burger and tots were so greasy and oily. The shake was flat and I couldn't taste the peanut butter.

The SMASH TOTS® were so greasy, there was so much oil in the package🥴 And the CLASSIC SMASH® BURGER patty was tasteless, with a fried oil taste. The FRENCH FRIES were okay.

Always enjoy Smashburger. The quality and taste are great. But this order had a pretty significant mistake. One of our burgers had Jalapeños and pickles on it when there wasn't supposed to be any.
Luckily no allergy issues because that would have been Major. But it did make it so the burger wasn't finished because they didn't like it. Unfortunately not a good experience as usual.
