• 10/17/26The double NEW YORK PASTRAMI SMASH® is delicious,so much flavor, huge portion too. I hope they keep this onthe menu. CLASSIC SMASH®always hits, as do the SMASH TOTS® and loaded smash fries. we decto try milkshakes tonight CHOCOLATE SHAKE for me and OREO® COOKIES & CREAM SHAKE for the hubby, perfect addition to our meals. Highly recommend!

• 9/8/26Seriously one of the best burgers I've had in a long time...perfectly cooked, juicy, lots of cheese and toppings...really perfect.
The COLORADO BIG DOG was also amazing. I added bacon to mine...it's like a huge grilled cheese with a beefy hot dog inside! Amazing!
The tots were on point, but the side that wins hands down are the CRISPY BRUSSELS SPROUTS! The only thing that was semi-disappointing were the fries. Mine were cold and not well-seasoned, but everything else was perfect! Hot, delicious, and will definitely lead to cravings later in the week. I obviously ordered way too much food and have leftovers, but I kinda wanted to try everything...no regrets!

• 10/6/26SMASH TOTS®made the bag really oily, compromising the bags sturdiness. Too much oil on the tots (oil pooled at bottom of tot container but tasted great.
BLACK BEAN SMASH® was decently seasoned not plain like other beanburgers I've had from other places. veggies were fresh.
The bun bread is AMAZIN!!
I would eat the bread by itself that good.
this chain doesn't carry the veggie burger like the one in Norfolk or the fried mushroom burger which was a bit of a letdown, would like all options available to vegetarians.

• 4/25/25CRISPY BRUSSELS SPROUTS were very oily. There was a layer of oil left in the container. The sprouts were small, they were cut into quarters. The container was less than half full. DOUBLE BACON STACK SMASH® was poorly put together. The quality was poor on this order.

• 3/9/25very over priced for such poor quality food. the DOUBLE BBQ BACON SMASH® would have been fine if it was maybe 6 dollars. the meat was bland. the SMASH TOTS® were literally dripping grease, and not crispy at all. plus the container for the SMASH TOTS® wasn't even full. they had a bit of the wrapping paper smashed down in there to take up extra space. lastly I had a OREO® COOKIES & CREAM SHAKE . it was incredibly watery. I don't think it was made with ice cream at all. Just milk, ice, and oreos. horrible honestly. I will never order from here again.
