• 2/18/24The food is always amazing, staff is amazing, but the "to-go" packaging always ruins the food. You have to get some packaging that keeps the food upright so dressings, syrups, etc do not drain out and ruin your food and get absorbed by the breads. Get better bags please!

• 8/31/26Italiano Salad : I ordered this and it was very little lettuce, some warm badly chopped meat, barely any cheese and I called and asked for dressing on the side...but instead it was on the salad. I live alone and didn't want the dressing on the salad so it wouldn't wilt and I could have leftovers. $20.00 way to expensive for what you get.

• 9/14/23the soup was very bland, and the mountain club had no bacon and very little turkey. Over the last couple years the food has slowly went down hill and the prices have went up. The prices are way to high for the lack of quality.

• 5/28/25My burger was perfect! I had the Sear Your Way and everything was exactly as I hoped. The Regular Waffle Fries were a little too salty, but better than no salt. I was not a fan of the Brownie. Couldn't taste much chocolate but sure tasted like condensed milk. Way too much moisture with it being wrapped in cellophane. This is always my go to when I come to town and delivery is available. I love their burgers!

• 10/25/24Mac and cheese had old dried bits like it had been scrapped off the bottom of a burnt pan. The sandwich was nothing to write home about. $30 was way overpriced for the poor quality of food, go elsewhere.
