Just one complaint, the box was soggy & the contents nearly fell out! Lucky my skills saved the beautiful salad lol!

I've ordered multiple times in the past. However this time, the portion was significantly less than usual, like barely half of the what I received in the past. Also whoever cut the meat did a terrible job, cause the pieces were way too small. Lastly,the cheese was non-existent (especially when you charged extra for it as well). The whole Mix HSP was below average.

I’m quite disappointed with the product I received.
The item is advertised as a “Regular Size” HSP, but based on my experience ordering HSPs from many other restaurants, what was delivered is much closer to what is normally sold as a small size. Many places clearly offer Small, Regular and Large options, so when a product is specifically described as “Regular Size,” customers naturally expect something larger than a small serving.
The size shown in the listing, the wording used, and the photos all influence a customer’s decision to purchase. In my case, I ordered this product specifically based on the advertised size, and what I received did not match my expectations from the listing.
As I understand it, under Australian Consumer Law, businesses should make sure that product descriptions and advertising are not misleading or likely to give customers the wrong impression. I think this is something the restaurant should review, particularly the way the portion size is described and presented.
I’ve eaten HSPs from many different restaurants, and portion size is an important part of what customers are paying for. If the portion you are selling is effectively a small size, I believe it should be advertised more clearly as such.

Compared to similar places, the Mix HSP Combo portion felt noticeably smaller—the box wasn’t filled the way it typically is elsewhere. The chips were quite soggy, which affected the texture and overall enjoyment. That said, the meat was served hot and had a decent flavour. All things considered, and given the price and the many great HSP options available, I’ll likely choose to order from elsewhere next time.

Used to be good, but lately, having ordered the HSPs and kebabs, have noticed this store has become awfully tight/ stingy with sauce. Added tabouleh to the HSP for extra cost and that was also added sparingly.
Not sure why its gone downhill, but have had better HSPs and kebabs elsewhere.
