usually the The Row Bagel is really good, but last time I ordered, there was only one slice of turkey on the entire 10 dollar sandwich. so this time I specifically ordered extra turkey. when I opened the bag, the sandwich wasn't even wrapped properly, and when I tried to pick it up the whole thing just fell apart. like at least wrap it properly

I have oordered the Chicken Salad Croissant many times. Today the croissant was so hard that I could not even hardly get a bite off of it. The chicken salad also had a weird smell and taste, like it had oregano or Italian seasoning in it. I threw it in the garbage after 2 bites.

Food was wrapped but not sealed thrown in the bag so sandwiches were just coming undone. Assorted muffin box wouldn't close properly would suggest a different design. And the veggies didn't seem to be organic which is a huge minus for me, great prices though. The recipes really just lacked innovation and flavor.
