I like the side dishes here more than the meat entrees. The Cheesy Jalapeno Grits are superb as well as the Mac N Cheese. The Collard Greens aren't bad, but not as good as the other two.

The food here is honestly delicious. Flavor wise, they rarely miss. My only real issue is the inconsistency with portions and order accuracy. For example, when I ordered through DoorDash, I only received 3 slices of brisket compared to the 6+ slices I usually get when ordering directly from the restaurant. There have also been a few times where the wrong meats were added to the order, so definitely double check your receipt and confirm everything before leaving. With the pricing, those kinds of mistakes can be frustrating.
As for the food itself, I thoroughly enjoyed my order. The mac and cheese and collard greens are both really good. I’m not personally a fan of the cornbread because it’s usually very dry and doesn’t absorb much flavor. But the pulled chicken with that slice of bread and their chipotle BBQ sauce? Absolute chef’s kiss. 🔥
Overall, the food keeps me coming back and I’ll definitely order from here again.

Meat Only - Baby Back Ribs were really good, great seasoning and smoke ring.
The rib tips were very dry and hard to chew. Would not order again.
Mac and cheese was ok, not super notable in comparison to other bbq spots in the area. Sharp cheddar was at the forefront in terms of flavor.
Collard Greens were pretty good, a bit vinegary.
Sauces provided were good but the containers were half full and I was only provided 2. I had to use my only bbq sauce which was disappointing. Bbq should come with bbq sauce and a fair amount of it.
Overall not bad bbq for reasonable prices. If I were to go back I would get the ribs and try the brisket

For what they're charging I expected more meat in my platter. I got the burnt ends and moist brisket with jalapeno cheesy grits and mac n cheese. There were only 5 (NICELY seasoned) chunks of burnt ends and a small handful like 1-1.5 cups of the (NOT SEASONED) moist brisket. The sides are STELLAR. I've haven't had restaurant grits cooked to perfection like this in a long time. Gives me hope that the other sides are this tasty. Priced well for what you're given as opposed to the meats. I'll repeat just for the sides alone though.

This week I've been craving BBQ, and have ordered from various establishments. This has got to be the best one of them all. Everything was delicious. Meat was a little dry which could be better and the Mac n cheese tasted like straight up Garlic. Now I love Garlic so I don't mind, but they might want to tone it down so it actually tastes like cheese too.
