• 9/29/23I LOVE their bubble tea!!! My favorite is the Vannila with Brown Sugar Jellies, it is sooooo good. Their variety of flavors is awesome, and the froyo is so good too!

• 4/23/26I love Snickerdoodlez and the flavors are amazing. Portions are inconsistent for the price. The Family Pack claims to be 16oz and turned out to be the same size as the 12oz that I also added. Freshness of the fruit was superb. Would definitely order again but wish they wouldn't just substitute toppings. You select the toppings you want and should not constantly run out, substitute and when the customer (kids) that are excited for the toppings see the substitution and . . .

• 11/21/23The Thai milk tea is one of my favorites. This time it was super watered down, the tapioca pearls were old and all clumped together in a big mess and I didn't get the side of ice I ordered. Tried emailing to make it right and still no answer.

• 12/10/25My cup was barely half full. This is the first time this has happened and I order all the time. I am not happy with this order. I paid too much for this.
