I am a regular customer and love the custard tayaki. This was the worst one I have ever ordered. A little to almost no filling. The base, which normally is slightly sweet, tasted bland and overcooked.

If I could rate it at zero, I would. The taste of my Mango Bingsoo is awful. The mango is over ripped and it tasted awful. The takkboki isn't the same as the picture or the portion is a bit off too. It looked like it's floating on a soup. I would NOT order again. It was not fresh when it arrived too.

Food has generally been good, though the last time I had a Bento box, half the food was sitting in a bunch of water, as though it was all just thawed out.
