This was my first time ordering, and it definitely won't be my last. I work 8 minutes down the road from this restaurant, the Pink Lemonade didn't survive the trip. It was the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. I made the mistake of allowing my co-workers try The So before I dug into it...let's say y'all now have 2 more customers. Even after sharing, The So was the perfect portion for breakfast. I had never had had chicken bacon before, it was delicious! I loved the potatoes, they were seasoned well. I definitely made me a sandwich with the bread, eggs and bacon. Last but definitely not least, the seafood pasta salad. This was top tier. They definitely used fresh ingredients, and it wasn't too creamy.

So So Edible Restaurant lives up to its name in the best way possible— wonderfully impressive for a spot you might not expect. The food came out hot and fresh, a sign that the kitchen takes pride in timing and presentation. Didn't receive the Saturday Morning Cheesecake; was replaced with a brownie. The Baked Spaghetti was very underseasoned - had to add my own my own salt and pepper, but was still edible. My wife said that the Rasta Pasta was a bit too sweet but was still good. Portions were great! I was not expecting that much food. It said it was supposed to come with jalapeño bread, but we just got regular white toast. Everything was still hot and fresh, though. With all that being said, I would order again.

Lemonade is so delicious and refreshing! I love the available flavor add ons!! Portion is great and I would order this fresh lemonade again and again! Especially the creamsicle lemonade!!
