This is one of the most disappointing portions I’ve ever received. It’s ridiculously small, and I honestly can’t believe this costs over $12. For that price, I’d expect a much more generous serving. Please don’t be so stingy—pack it properly.

The most ridiculous portion I have ever received. I ordered a Classic Acai Bowl and received a kiddie portion in a classic bowl. The bowl is half full!!! Seeing other reviews with this issue as well. Charging $16+ for this (not including fees!!) is absolutely insane. Literally not what I ordered. Extremely disappointing and false advertising. Do not order here. Other restaurants pack their bowls to the brim, much like the photo advertising this product!

Ordered 3 types of the medium bowls (açaí , coconut , and green) . Fruit was fresh and appealing . Consistency was nice and thick . In order here pretty often .

I'm a big açaí bowl fan but this did not hit the mark for me. The fruit was good, but the granola had WAY too much cinnamon and I was barely getting any flavor from the açaí itself. I wouldn't order again.

Mistakes happen but when they involve allergens it's a real bummer. Bowl bases or the Nutella got swapped between two bowls. I'm not familiar enough with their granola to tell whether a bowl has the nut free granola. One must assume they all have nuts. That said, the food is competent, the smoothie bases are crunchy icy but evenly so. Chocolate base is a mellow dark chocolate flavor.
