Katsu Curry and Pork Gyozawas incredibly good. Hard to find a good Japanese curry in this area but they are about as close as you can get. Goyza was perfectly fried and tasty. Teriyaki was smokey and nice seeet flavors. Worth a shot. Will try more.

I order sushi here every chance I get ... honestly lol the sushi pieces are perfect size and delicious! Everything is usually super fresh but my go-to rolls are the Captain Crunch Roll and the California Roll. the Lava Roll is also amazing🤌🏽

I've ordered from Soi Bistro twice in one week specifically for The Kraken and Mango Tango. The Pork Gyoza are better steamed than fried, but still 100%. Tuna Tataki is FANTASTIC. Most places only put ponzu sauce and no other seasoning on the tuna. Oh my goodness the flavor and spiciness are perfect. Yakisoba with chicken is bomb.com- I started this review after I had started eating... sorry for the half eaten food pics /:

The portion of the Teriyaki chicken was extremely small and the flavor of all the dishes was very bland. Most restaurants include rice with their main course dishes, however Soi Bistro does not. We had to pay extra for steamed rice. The egg rolls were very small too. Overall, we were very disappointed. There are much better Thai restaurants in Fort Walton.

We love Soi Bistro the most out of every sushi place around! The Teriyaki Chicken and Fried Rice are my favorites that are not sushi or appetizers! The Cucumber Salad with the dressing is so good! I wish I knew where I could find the dressing....and they have the best Gyoza and Wontons. We order everything we live and spread it over several days because it's so good! The Yakisoba was just ok. Probably wont order those again!
