Pork Chop Donburi had good flavor but half of it was inedible fat/grizzle. The veggies were delicious and cooked perfectly

It was good, but instead of that much rice, maybe more vegetables ? I know goes against the lucrative principle but would add quality. Flavor was excellent. I didn't eat all the rice, more than the half went to the disposal.
