I really like their Build Your Own Bowl. Ive ordered it twice this week and both times it was perfect. Their Pistachio Baklava and Walnut Paklava are very tiny portions but both are always consistent and delicious.

This is hands down the BEST most delicious salad I have ever had in this entire state. The chicken has no fat and is grilled perfectly and served on top of the salad in strips. The dressing is light and flavorful, fresh Romain, you will nitfind a better salad anywhere! I love Sonias and will be ordering this again. Thank you Sonias staff for the constant quality and freshness of your food!

The Chicken Caesar Wrap was awesome. I cant say enough great things about this place. I get food from here regularly and have never been disappointed. Great food, high quality ingredients, big potions, and excellent service.

Easily the best sandwich I have eaten in RI. The pesto is delicious and pairs nicely with the cranberries. The bread is crisp and chewy, as was the cookie.
