Rather than easy ice on the Cokes, the drinks almost had extra. Don't like paying $4 for a bunch of ice

Sonic must not be able to get an order correct. My order clearly requested ketchup and salsa. Not one packet was included.
The onion rings were almost burned. They were so difficult to eat because they were overcooked.
