they said the drink I ordered that was unavailable and issued a refund and provided a similar drink at no charge

The Chili Cheese Coneys had almost no chili or cheese so they were dry hot dogs. The drinks were fine. I LOVE that Sonic seals the food bags and drink cups...

Sent the wrong burger, and the chili cheese tater tots weren't the correct size with packaging, ordered a large and package was 3/4 of the way full..usually never have an issue with sonic but this wasn't it.

The Footlong Quarter Pound Coney was burnt. And the dipping cheese with Soft Pretzel Twist tasted terrible
