my food from sonic is always very fresh, however the milkshakes I have gotten never have real fruit like advertised

I ordered 3 items. A strawberry milkshake a cherry limeade and a 5 piece chicken tender. It took over 30 minutes to get my order and the order was missing the cherry limeade and the tenders were overcooked and dried out

my shake was still thick by the time that I received it which the entire process took maybe 10 minutes and my food was at my door.the chili cheese tots were also delicious.
