For Mothers Day, I ordered the large flowers of love bouquet that is supposed to come with 12 roses and paid extra for the 12 pins. My mom only received 9 roses and 9 pins, not the 12 I paid for. Phone number goes straight to voicemail. Wont be using Sophia's again.
